What you’ll be doing

• Taking charge of your own kitchen section with confidence
• Delivering fresh, high-quality dishes every service
• Supporting the Head Chef & Sous Chef in smooth kitchen operations
• Helping mentor junior chefs and keeping standards high
• Working in line with food safety, hygiene, and team procedures

• Experience in a similar Chef de Partie role
• Passion for fresh, high-quality food
• Strong team spirit and leadership potential
• A positive, can‑do attitude under pressure
