About the Role:
Youll be part of a large, busy hotel kitchen catering to a high volume of guests each day. The kitchen is divided into several sections, including grill and larder, and is committed to delivering dishes that meet brand standards every time. Working alongside the Head Chef and senior team, youll help ensure all food is prepared and presented to specification. This position is ideal for a Chef de Partie who thrives in a structured, fast-moving environment and takes pride in producing high-quality dishes with strong presentation.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and present dishes in line with brand standards
Take ownership of a section during service
Work across various sections, including grill and larder
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation
Assist the Head Chef and wider team in delivering smooth, efficient service
Manage stock and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed
Requirements: Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to progress
Confident working across multiple kitchen sections
Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Passion for producing quality, consistent dishes
Comfortable in a branded, process-driven kitchen
Flexible with working hours, including weekends and shifts
