GBRS are currently looking for a passionate and experienced Chef to join our client in Weston-Super-Mare situated in one of Westons busiest and most talked-about food destinations.

The Role

Youll be working as part of a strong kitchen team, responsible for delivering high-quality dishes during busy service periods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cooking across multiple sections including grill and fryers
• Preparing and delivering dishes to a high standard and consistency
• Working efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
• Maintaining xbpsjku cleanliness and food hygiene standards
• Supporting the wider kitchen team during peak service
• Helping with prep and stock rotation
