GBRS are currently looking for a passionate and experienced Chef to join our client in Weston-Super-Mare situated in one of Westons busiest and most talked-about food destinations.
Our client has built a strong reputation for quality food, fast service, and a vibrant atmosphere. If you thrive in a busy kitchen and take pride in delivering top-level dishes then this role is for you!
The Role
Youll be working as part of a strong kitchen team, responsible for delivering high-quality dishes during busy service periods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cooking across multiple sections including grill and fryers
- Preparing and delivering dishes to a high standard and consistency
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- Maintaining cleanliness and food hygiene standards
- Supporting the wider kitchen team during peak service
- Helping with prep and stock rotation
