If you've run a premium, fresh-food kitchen before, maybe as a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager in a restaurant or gastro pub - amazing. Salary package of up to 45000 per year (combined fixed annual salary and base tronc), plus additional, uncapped tronc potential, based on site performance. Overall, on track earnings 52000 based on current site performance.
