Job Description

The Client

This organisation sits at the premium end of the global consumer durables landscape, recognised for its strong brands, consistent performance and ability to translate consumer insight into commercially successful products. With a long-established market presence and a growing international footprint, the business has built scale without losing agility.

Operating across a diverse mix of retail, specialist and direct‑to‑consumer channels, the company has invested heavily in brand strength, commercial capability and digital infrastructure. It now enters a pivotal phase, with clear ambition to accelerate growth, deepen customer relevance and optimise its commercial model for the future

The Role

The CCO will assume full responsibility for shaping and delivering the company’s commercial P&L in the UK. The role holds accountability for revenue performance, margin quality and the effectiveness of go‑to‑market execution across all channels.

This is a high‑impact leadership role, combining strategic direction with operational grip. The successful candidate will define clear commercial priorities across a true multi-channel retail landscape.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Owning revenue delivery, pricing architecture and commercial return across markets and channels
  • Leading senior customer relationships and commercial negotiations at executive level
  • Driving a structured approach to forecasting, performance management and decision‑making
  • Ensuring strong alignment between commercial teams, marketing, product and supply functions
  • Advancing digital and omnichannel performance with a focus on conversion, visibility and execution
  • Building a capable, accountable commercial leadership team fit for a growing global business

The Person

You will be a seasoned commercial leader or GM with experience operating at executive level within a premium brand. You will lead on insight, and data which shape a modern omni channel environment.

You will bring credibility, judgement and a strong commercial instinct, paired with the ability to lead complex organisations through growth and change.

Your background is likely to include:

  • Proven success delivering growth across multi‑channel, multi‑market environments
  • Experience leading major customer and partner relationships with confidence and authority
  • Strong command of pricing, mix management and promotional effectiveness
  • A data‑literate, performance‑focused approach to decision‑making
  • A calm, clear leadership style that builds alignment and accountability

This role will suit someone who enjoys drive, pace and responsibility — and who is motivated by the opportunity to make a lasting commercial impact within a high‑quality consumer business.
