Reporting to the Board of Trustees, the CEO will provide inspirational leadership across the organisation, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, financial sustainability, strong governance, and meaningful engagement with residents, families, staff, donors, regulators and the wider community.For this role, we are keen to hear from candidates with senior leadership experience in the care sector or a closely aligned environment. You will bring a strong understanding of CQC requirements, proven financial acumen, and the ability to build trusted relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. You will be an empowering leader, capable of motivating and developing teams, and confident in representing the charity externally.
