We’re partnering with a mid‑market, PE‑backed software business in London that is around 18 months into its current investment cycle. The foundations are strong, the finance team is in place, and the focus now is on tightening the model, improving decision‑making and building a platform that can support the next phase of growth. The role: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Location: London What you’ll be doing

Lead the finance function and partner across the business to drive performance Work closely with the CEO and Board on strategy, forecasting and reporting Drive margin improvement and support commercial and pricing initiatives Build and embed investor‑grade reporting, KPIs and planning to support scale Strengthen cash‑flow management, systems and controls as the company grows Act as a trusted advisor through key inflection points in the growth plan

What we’re looking for

CFO experience in high‑growth software or recurring revenue businesses Commercial, data‑driven and confident partnering with operational leaders Strong budgeting, forecasting and reporting experience ACA / ACCA / CIMA (or equivalent) Motivated by taking a good business through its next stage of scale
