Are you a qualified social worker with experience of quality assurance and auditing and seeking a rewarding role within the public sector? West Berkshire Council is seeking to recruit a Quality Assurance and Audit Manager to join our Children and Family Service, reporting to the Service Manager within the Quality Assurance & Safeguarding Service. Thisis an excellent opportunity to contribute to the effective delivery ofaudit and assurance services within a dynamic and supportive organisation. The Role You will play a key role in supporting the Service Manager to further strengthen and develop West Berkshire's Quality Assurance & Audit processes within the Children and Family Services and ensure their effective operation. Your main responsibilities will include: The ongoing development and strengthening of the current WBC Quality Assurance and Audit frameworks.
