Job Title: Experienced Support Worker (young people)
About Us We are a dedicated care provider committed to delivering high-quality support to individuals in need. Our team works to empower people to live independently while ensuring their safety, dignity, and wellbeing.
The Role We are currently looking for experienced Support Workers to join our growing team. You will be supporting vulnerable young people in a variety of settings, helping them with daily activities and promoting independence.
Key Responsibilities
Providing person-centred care and support

Assisting with daily living activities such as meal preparation, and medication support

Supporting individuals to access the community and maintain social activities

Maintaining accurate records and care notes

Working collaboratively with other care professionals and families

Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience as a Support Worker in the UK

Good understanding of safeguarding and person-centred care

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Right to work in the UK

A caring, reliable, and compassionate attitude
