Your new company Our client is a specialist provider of care for children and young people in residential settings. Their residents may face social, emotional, and behavioural challenges, and we are passionate about helping them overcome these barriers. Your new role As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people on a 1-on, 1-off shift pattern, including night shifts and weekends. You'll provide individualised care, promote positive behaviour, and help residents achieve their goals. Your responsibilities will include: Building strong, professional relationships with young people and colleagues. Supporting health, education, and personal development plans. Participating in household tasks and maintaining a safe, clean environment. Contributing to care plans, risk assessments, and daily reports. Acting as a key worker and advocate for young people in your care. What you'll need to succeed They are looking for someone who is compassionate, resilient, and committed to making a difference.
