Class 1 HGV Shunter Driver
Pertemps have an excellent opportunity for Class 1 HGV Shunter Drivers on days to work for our client at East Midlands Gateway. As a Shunter driver you will ensure yard movements are done correctly and support the smooth running of the operation. There is a strong possibility this role will turn permanent with our client.
Shift Patterns / Working Hours: 4 on 4 off Days - 0630 to 1830
The successful Class 1 HGV Shunter Driver will: Have a valid Class 1 License for a minimum of 6 months Have a valid tacho and DQC card Previous experience as a shunter is preferred Have a positive can do attitude
Your duties as a Class 1 HGV Shunter Driver will include: Moving trailers or units around the yard Ensure safety of others in the yard
You will receive: STD - £16.38 per hour OT - £24.57 per hour
