Cleaning Operations Manager

An established and growing cleaning and support services provider is looking for a motivated Operations Manager to join its leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys driving operational excellence, supporting teams, and ensuring customers receive consistently high service standards.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will take responsibility for service delivery across a portfolio of contracts while leading and developing a team of five Area Managers.

This role offers the chance to play a key part in a business with a strong reputation and ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operational delivery across multiple client sites
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Area Managers
• Ensure consistently high service standards and client satisfaction
• Monitor performance and implement improvements where needed
• Build strong client relationships and respond proactively to service needs
• Support business growth through strong operational leadership
• Maintain high levels of compliance, quality, and efficiency across contracts
