Full-time Field & Home-based Nationwide Travel RequiredAdler & Allan is expanding, and we're looking for a proactive Client Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of key strategic accounts. If you're commercially minded, customer-focused and thrive on building long-term relationships, this role offers the chance to directly influence sector growth and shape the future of our client partnerships.About the roleYou'll be responsible for driving growth within a defined set of key accounts-developing tailored account plans, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring every client receives exceptional service. Working closely with Sector Managers, Regional Account Managers and Operational Teams, you'll bring together commercial insight and operational delivery to strengthen relationships and expand our footprint across each account.This is a hands-on, strategic role where you'll act as the primary day-to-day commercial contact, lead customer review meetings, support renewals and negotiations, and ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management.What you'll be doingManaging a portfolio of key accounts to achieve revenue, margin and growth targetsDeveloping account plans aligned to sector strategy and identifying opportunities and risksBuilding strong relationships with customer stakeholders across multiple functionsActing as the main commercial contact for allocated clientsCreating and maintaining a healthy pipeline with accurate forecastingLeading regular customer review meetings and ensuring agreed actions are deliveredWorking with operational teams to ensure service quality and contract complianceSupporting renewals, variations and commercial negotiationsEnsuring pricing accuracy, commercial compliance and correct invoicingManaging aged debt and resolving billing queriesFeeding account insights into sector development plansContributing to tender responses and proposalsWork & contract winning QualificationsWhat you'll bringExperience in account management or client-facing commercial roles in B2B servicesStrong relationship-building and communication skillsAbility to identify opportunities and translate customer needs into solutionsSolid commercial understanding, including pricing and contract fundamentalsExcellent planning and organisational skillsA proactive, solutions-driven mindset with strong ownership and accountabilityAbility to collaborate effectively across teamsConfident communicator comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levelsProficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft OfficeClean UK driving licence and Right to Work in the UKWillingness to undergo a Criminal Record CheckAdditional InformationAdler and Allan are committed to fostering diversity and inclusion in our workplace.
