Adler & Allan is expanding, and we're looking for a proactive Client Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of key strategic accounts. If you're commercially minded, customer-focused and thrive on building long-term relationships, this role offers the chance to directly influence sector growth and shape the future of our client partnerships.
About the role
You'll be responsible for driving growth within a defined set of key accounts-developing tailored account plans, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring every client receives exceptional service. Working closely with Sector Managers, Regional Account Managers and Operational Teams, you'll bring together commercial insight and operational delivery to strengthen relationships and expand our footprint across each account.
This is a hands-on, strategic role where you'll act as the primary day-to-day commercial contact, lead customer review meetings, support renewals and negotiations, and ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
