Atrium EMEA are looking for an accomplished Client Asset Oversight Specialist to join the established CASS Team in Manchester. This team is responsible for ensuring conformance with CAS regulations, across 3 entities. 4 days onsite and 1 day remote.
Essential:
Deep knowledge of CAS regulations and client asset oversight
Good knowledge FCA CASS regulations / CASS rulebook
Thorough knowledge of Irish and UK regulations
1 through to 8 or 9 on FCA book should have good familiarity
Trends and analysis on potential CASS breaches
Giving guidance to senior management on CASS
Presenting at various committees on CASS
Ensuring regulatory requirements are met and creating insolvency packs
Breach oversight & Internal audits
Working closely with external auditors and internal stakeholders
Prepare MI packs and information for various committees
Provide Technical advisory
FCA regulatory reporting / 12 principles of FCA upheld
Knowledge of client asset rulebook
Custody and clearing background or similar
Will have to present to potential clients on how CASS works pitch, run the workshop with the client. But day to day client interaction is limited
Good knowledge of reconciliation management
Break management. Day to day shortfall protection
