Client Asset Oversight CASS Manchester Atrium EMEA are looking for an accomplished Client Asset Oversight Specialist to join the established CASS Team in Manchester. This team is responsible for ensuring conformance with CAS regulations, across 3 entities. 4 days onsite and 1 day remote. Essential: Deep knowledge of CAS regulations and client asset oversight Good knowledge FCA CASS regulations / CASS rulebook Thorough knowledge of Irish and UK regulations 1 through to 8 or 9 on FCA book should have good familiarity Trends and analysis on potential CASS breaches Giving guidance to senior management on CASS Presenting at various committees on CASS Ensuring regulatory requirements are met and creating insolvency packs Breach oversight & Internal audits Working closely with external auditors and internal stakeholders Prepare MI packs and information for va...
