With thousands of past events and millions of data points analysed, we bring both reliability and confidence to every new partner.Role SummaryYou have a background in and passion for live music, ideally with a ticketing focus (for example, for a ticket agent or promoter). Experience in customer and client facing roles is also desirable. The main focus of the role will be to support the Client Manager in managing our relationship with Broadwick Live, becoming the secondary point of contact and supporting their use of our platform, alongside a small number of additional clients. This will include regular work on‑site at Broadwick Live’s venues (including Drumsheds, Magazine and Exhibition), as well as occasional work on‑site with our other clients. We are searching for an adaptable, hardworking and enthusiastic person to be part of a positive and dynamic team; one who understands the importance of giving high quality and efficient service to clients at all times via email, in person and over the phone.You WillWork with our clients both existing and new, setting up the allocations for their events on our systemAssist the Client Manager during onboarding process for any of your new clientsProvide Box Office support at your clients events, helping to oversee the operation of our scanning software, helping customers and dealing with ad‑hoc tasks to ensure the smooth running of the event. This will include regular evening and weekend work during each venue’s series of eventsSupport all on‑sales through our proprietary ticketing system and ensure all client requests are serviced by all departments within KaboodleProvide basic reports through our reporting systemMaintain and update existing events, such as updating ticket allocationsMaintain event pages on the Kaboodle websiteLearn everything you can about our clients’ events and what makes them all specialEnsure all sales streams are operationally efficient, ensuring potential ticket sales are maximisedWhat We’re Looking ForProven ticketing experience or experience in events, festivals, music and related industriesStrong knowledge of ticketing systems and awareness of the wider ticketing industryExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalComputer literate with strong skills on all MS packages, but especially with ExcelThe ability to pick up new and complex software easily and quicklyEffective administration, time management and organisational skillsPositive ‘can do’ attitude, initiative, drive and enthusiasmTeam player who enjoys working in a high‑achieving environmentA commitment to delivering the bestThe ability to work calmly under pressureAbility to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectivelyExperience in complaint handlingProven track record of working to deadlinesActive listener, naturally empathetic and with common senseFlexible to work regular evenings, weekends both in the office and onsite at events with potential international travel to service our overseas events and festivalsThe salary range for this role is £26,228-£29,000 per annum, dependent on experience.The role is based in London. We operate under a hybrid working scheme, with teams splitting their time between home, our Soho office and the venues.
