Blue Legal is working with a leading global law firm to recruit a Client Relationship Manager to support a portfolio of high-value Private Capital clients. This is a senior, strategic role within Business Development, partnering closely with relationship partners to shape client strategy, uncover growth opportunities and deliver an exceptional, joined-up client experience across complex, cross-border matters. The firm offers hybrid working, along with a highly competitive remuneration and benefits package.

The Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of priority Private Capital clients and coordinating activity across practices and regions.
• Leading strategic account planning, opportunity mapping, and cross-selling initiatives.
• Advising partners on client strategy, relationship development, and performance tracking.
• Gathering and acting on structured client feedback to strengthen relationships and retention.
• Using CRM systems to manage client activity, insight, and reporting.
• Supporting process improvement and operational excellence across client accounts.

The Candidate:

• Strong experience in client relationship management or business development within legal or professional services.
• Exposure to Private Capital, financial institutions, or investment-led clients.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders in a matrix environment.
• A data-driven approach to client strategy and decision-making.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
