SUMMARY Butler Rose Northern practice division are delighted to be working with a fantastic accounting firm looking to recruit a "Client Services Manager" in Leeds, West Yorkshire. This role is for an experienced manager, not assistant level. You will be running a small existing team and be able to manage your time effectively including working on your own portfolio of clients whilst managing the workflow of the whole team including billing, WIP and team development. Their approach is to ensure they provide their clients with the best talent for each service. That's why they structure the business to meet their clients' needs and are currently looking for a Client Services Manager to join their Leeds team to help support this. They deliver a first-class service to their clients and contribute to the sector as a whole while undertaking a variety of work types for their clients including accounts preparation, auditing services, taxation compliance, outsourcing solutions, book-keeping, payroll, consultancy & general advice. The role of Client Services Manager will have varied disciplines for a number of their key clients, including reviewing and preparing annual accounts, and supervising and mentoring the team members in order to meet their client's needs.
