The Role & Key Responsibilities
Running a caseload of clinical negligence matters independently from cradle to grave Drafting legal documents, witness statements, and pleadings Liaising with clients, experts, and counsel Providing clear and compassionate legal advice to clients Supporting the wider team with business development and mentoring junior staff where appropriate
About You
Proven background in claimant clinical negligence work Strong communication, analytical, and client-care skills Able to manage caseloads efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service
