Clinical Negligence Solicitor An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor (NQ to 5 years PQE) to join a Legal 500 recognised firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality claimant work. The successful candidate will be part of a supportive and well-established Clinical Negligence department handling a varied and interesting caseload. This position offers a predominantly remote working arrangement, with the flexibility to attend the North West office occasionally each month. Manage your own caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters from instruction through to settlement. Conduct detailed investigations into liability, causation, and quantum. Draft legal documents, witness statements, and correspondence. Liaise with clients, experts, counsel, and other parties effectively and professionally. Contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the team and firm.
About You
Qualified Solicitor (NQ–5 years PQE). Experience handling clinical negligence. Strong client care, communication, and organisational skills. A proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Commitment to delivering excellent service and achieving the best outcomes for clients.
