Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a well-known professional law firm based in West Yorkshire, which needs a Clinical Negligence Solicitor.

Previous experience of handling your own caseload is essential and you should be confident in all aspects of Clinical Negligence.

The firm is open to Individuals with 2-6 years PQE.

They can pay a salary of £40,000 - £80,000 annum depending upon experience.

Key Responsibilities as a Clinical Negligence Solicitor:

Running a case load of Claimant Clinical Negligence matters.
Dealing with matters at all stages, from taking the client’s initial instructions through to archiving, in accordance with office and accounts procedures.
Representing clients at Court (including advocacy) as appropriate.
About you as a Clinical Negligence Solicitor:

Current Practicing Certificate or equivalent.
Ability to work within teams and individually using own initiative.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritise workload and meet deadlines.Benefits:

Holiday entitlement starts at 23 days, increasing to 26 days after 1 year and 31 days after 5 years’ service (pro-rata for part-time employees).
