An exciting opportunity to lead a health and fitness club as Club Manager in Bolsover, Chesterfield! This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing franchisee based in Chesterfield. The gym is a state-of-the-art boutique facility kitted out with top of the range equipment and technology. My client requires a dedicated and passionate Club Manager who is focused on the growing the membership base and delivering a superb member experience.

The main responsibilities of the Club Manager are: - Driving sales and awareness campaigns in the local community - Focusing on member retention and high levels of customer service - Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and operating the club within guidelines - Managing, training and developing the in-club team - Developing marketing campaigns to attract new members while staying within budget

The candidate: - Highly driven with a positive and proactive attitude is a must - Ability to interact and be ‘hands on' - A background in fitness and membership sales management - A strong knowledge of the sales process and generating leads from internal and external sources - Ideally able to cover group exercise classes when required

This is a fantastic job in fitness which requires the successful individual to take ownership of the club as if it was their own business. You must be an outgoing character who thrives in and enjoys meeting the demands of a fast-paced environment head on!
