JDR Recruitment are recruiting for Permanent CNC Machinist (Milling) and CNC Machinist (Turning & Milling) Location: Irlam (M44) Salary: £30,000 - £36,000 (depending on experience) Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Friday: 7:30am - 3:00pm
JDR Recruitment are seeking experienced CNC professionals to join a well-established engineering operation on a permanent basis. These roles are based in Irlam with no relocation required.
The Role
You will be responsible for: Programming, setting, and operating CNC milling and/or turning machines
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, including GD&T
Editing and proving ISO programs
Setting tool registers, offsets, cutter compensation, and reference points
Working with chucks, collets, vices, vacuum beds, trunnions, and bar...
