CNC Miller Setter Operator Role: The CNC Miller setter operator will support production andprocesses for aluminium components are optimised, reliable, and efficient. This hands-on role is responsible for proving new programs, setting and operating 5-Axis milling machines.
CNC Miller Setter Operator Responsibilities: Operate and maintain 5-axis CNC machines, ensuring optimal performance. Prove new CNC programs and commission fixtures and cutting tools. Monitor dimensional reports, adjust offsets, and improve process capability. Develop and maintain process documentation Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance to resolve process issues.
