CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator (VMC / HMC)Salary: £17.26 £18.45 per hour (Approx. £35,000 £37,500)Overtime potential: Up to £45,000 £50,000Working hours: 39 hours/week + rateShift Pattern:MonThurs: 07:30 16:30Fri: 07:30 12:30The Role:We are seeking a skilledCNC Programmer / Setter / Operatorto join ourVMC & HMC Milling Cell.Working in a subcontract environment, you will be involved in one-off and small batch production, giving you the opportunity to fully utilise your technical expertise.Key responsibilities include:Programming, setting, and operating CNC machining centresWorking from detailed engineering drawingsSelecting tooling and proving out programsMachining a wide range of materials including steels, stainless steels, alloys, and non-ferrous metalsProducing components from raw materials such as bar stock, fabrications, castings, and forgingsUsing CNC equipment with 4th axis capability and probing systemsProgramming via offline software or directly at the machineAbout the Company:We are a well-established, ISO 9001:2015 certified subcontract engineering company based in Merseyside.
