We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated CNC Turner to join our team and contribute to our legacy of precision engineering.
Hours
Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:30pm Friday: 7:30am - 12:30pm
Responsibilities
Operate and program CNC turning machines using Fanuc controls to produce high-quality components in line with customer specifications. Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate machining processes. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC turning machinery to ensure optimal performance. Conduct quality checks on finished components to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a CNC Turner, with proficiency in operating and programming Fanuc-controlled turning machines. Strong understanding of technical drawings, blueprints, and machining processes specific to CNC turning. Excellen...
