Provide financial analysis to support strategic business decisions. Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models. Evaluate business performance and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with operational objectives. Monitor and report on key financial metrics and KPIs. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Manage and develop 2 members of staff. Lead cost‑saving initiatives and improve financial efficiency. Present financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

Profile The successful Commercial Finance Manager should have:

Professional qualifications in accounting or finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA). Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting techniques. Solid understanding of industry financial practices – ideally within retail, FMCG, logistics but not essential. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Proven track record of delivering financial insights to drive business performance.
