Commercial Gas Engineer - Maintenance \n\nLocation: Manchester \n\nSalary: £45,000 - £48,000 plus overtime, on call, company van with private use\n\nThe Opportunity - Gas Engineer - Maintenance\n\nWe are recruiting for an experienced Gas Engineer - Maintenance to join a leading Facilities Management company based in the North West. You'll be delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across a variety of sites, covering systems such as commercial gas boilers, heating systems, water heaters, and associated controls. The role also involves fault finding, repairs, and installation works - with the backing of a stable, long-term position.

\n\nSites include: offices, schools, shopping centres etc \n\nQualifications & Experience:\n\nACS Domestic/Commercial Gas qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT1, HTR1, COCN1 or COCDN1) - essential\nCommercial gas modules such as CIGA1, CDGA1, TPCP1A (desirable)\nNVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing & Heating - preferred\nCurrent Gas Safe Registration (company supported)\nProven experience in gas maintenance, servicing, fault finding, and installation across commercial environments\nFull UK driving licenceWhat's on Offer:\n\nWeekly on-call payment (1 in 5 rota)\nCompany vehicle with private use\n25 days holiday + stats \nPension schemeWe're looking for Gas Engineer's with:\n\nExperience in gas maintenance, servicing, and fault finding\nA proactive and customer-focused approach\nFlexibility to cover callouts and travel to sitesPlease contact David @ PPM Recruitment on (phone number removed)
