Gas Engineer (Commercial & Domestic)\n\nLocation: Manchester \n\nSalary : £42,000 plus van and fuel card \n\nA well-established building services provider is seeking an experienced Gas Engineer to support continued contract growth in the Manchester area. The successful candidate will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and installation of commercial and domestic gas and heating systems across a varied property portfolio.\n\nRole Responsibilities\n\nCarry out servicing, repairs, installations, and general heating and plumbing duties.\nIssue relevant notices, certificates, and documentation in line with gas safety regulations.\nFollow manufacturer instructions when installing or maintaining appliances and systems.\nAccurately update service records and gas safety documentation using electronic or manual systems.\nOrder materials and parts through approved processes.\nParticipate in the on-call rota, providing emergency cover where required. 1 in 4\nDrive company vehicles safely and maintain vehicle standards.\nComplete mandatory training and certifications as required.\nCommunicate regularly with supervisors and coordinators to receive instructions and resolve issues.\nMaintain clear and accurate records of work completed.\n(Preferred) Experience with renewable technologies such as air or ground source heat pumps.What's Offered\n\nSalary up to £42,000 \nCompany van (business use), fuel card, tablet, mobile phone, PPE, and uniform\nOngoing training and development opportunities\nStrong health and safety practices\n21 days annual leave plus public holidays\nIf you are a qualified Gas Engineer with both commercial and domestic experience and are looking for your next opportunity, we'd welcome your application
