Commercial Plumber - Oxford / South East

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Plumber to join a leading building services provider, working across the whole of the South East.
Ideal candidate location: Oxford (however candidates based anywhere in the South East willing to travel will be considered).
The role will be predominantly based within care home environments, carrying out a mixture of planned preventative maintenance and reactive plumbing works.

Opportunity and support provided to gain commercial gas training/qualifications if desired.

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on commercial plumbing systems.
• Installation, maintenance, and repair of pipework, sanitary ware, hot and cold water systems, and drainage.
• Fault-finding on commercial plumbing systems within occupied care home settings.
• Carry out remedial works and minor installations as required.
• Ensure all works are completed in line with health & safety regulations and company standards.
• Liaise professionally with site staff, residents, and management, representing the company at all times.
• Participate in a 1-in-5 call-out rota.

• Proven experience in plumbing maintenance and repair.
• Commercial plumbing experience (essential for senior-level applicants).
• NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or equivalent.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong fault-finding skills and ability to work independently.

• £30,000 - £45,000 basic salary (depending on experience and qualifications).
• 40-hour working week.
• Travel time paid door-to-door.
• 1-in-5 call-out rota with standby (£100) and overtime opportunities.
• Company van, fuel card, tools, and uniform provided.
• Ongoing training and career development, including progression into commercial plumbing qualifications.
