Recruit4staff are representing a leading water treatment consultancy business in their search for a Commercial Plumber to work in Oxford

Job Details:

• Pay: £35,000 - £40,000 plus overtime (overtime paid at between x1.25 and x1.8)
• Hours of Work: Monday to Fridays working a 40-hour week. Travel to site locations required so some flexibility on start and finish times.
• Duration: Permanent
• Benefits: Company van, company laptop, pension, discretionary annual bonus of up to 7.5% of salary, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

Job Role: The Commercial Plumber will be responsible for travelling to customer locations to carry out remedial plumbing works, repairs, upgrades, and replacements. The role also involves conducting cleaning and chlorination duties, legionella control tasks, and maintaining regular contact with customers to manage expectations. Working both independently and as part of a team, the Commercial Plumber will be expected to identify and resolve issues on-site.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

• Cold and hot water plumbing in commercial and industrial environments
• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing
• Unvented qualifications
• Full UK Driver's Licence

Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing
• Experience with water hygiene testing
• Competence in report writing and completing risk assessments

Additional Information

• Due to the nature of customer sites, an enhanced criminal convictions check will be required.
