Due to a sustained period of success and several contract wins, they are looking for a Commercial Property Manager / Surveyor to join their successful management team. You will be allocated a multi-client, property portfolio which will consist of commercial and retail properties across London. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your portfolio, assist with the management of service charge budgets, liaising with internal FM & health & safety teams, preparing client reports and managing leases. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the industry and have experience working within the commercial property management sector. You'll ideally be RICS qualified or be working towards achieving this status. £35,000 - £40,000 plus a generous benefits package.
