Rent and service charge collection Ensuring compliance with landlords’ covenants Organisation and supervision of maintenance and repairs Monitoring of rent reviews and lease renewals Service charge budgeting and reconciliations Regular property inspections Advice and compliance with statutory regulations Strategic property advice
Qualifications You will need experience working in commercial property management with a good understanding of landlord and tenant work and service charge processes.
