The Position A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a full-time Commercial Property Paralegal to join my client’s busy Nottingham office.
This role offers the chance to be deeply involved in a wide range of commercial property transactions, supporting a skilled team of fee earners and gaining hands-on experience across various aspects of property law.
Key responsibilities will include:
Assisting solicitors with commercial property acquisitions, disposals, and leasing transactions
Drafting, reviewing, and amending contracts, leases, licences, and other property-related documents
