The Position
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a full-time Commercial Property Paralegal to join my client’s busy Nottingham office.
This role offers the chance to be deeply involved in a wide range of commercial property transactions, supporting a skilled team of fee earners and gaining hands-on experience across various aspects of property law.
Key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting solicitors with commercial property acquisitions, disposals, and leasing transactions
  
• Drafting, reviewing, and amending contracts, leases, licences, and other property-related documents
  
• Conducting title investigations, reviewing Land Registry entries, and preparing title reports
  
• Liaising with clients, landlords, tenants, agents, lenders, and other third parties throughout transactions
  
• Managing case files, ensuring all documents and correspondence are accurate and up to date
  
• Preparing completion statements and supporting post-completion processes, including registrations and tax submissions
  
• Conducting due diligence and legal research for property matters
  
• Supporting the team with general administrative duties to maintain smooth workflow
  
• Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
  

• Previous paralegal experience, ideally in Commercial Property or real estate
  
• Strong drafting, document review, and organisational skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple files and priorities in a busy environment
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and legal case management systems
  
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  
• Professional written and verbal communication skills, including telephone manner
  
• A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented approach
  
• Relevant academic qualifications or legal training (LLB, LPC, or SQE preparation is advantageous)
