Managing your own caseload of commercial property matters (with support and supervision) from instruction through to completion Acting on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property Advising on landlord and tenant matters, including drafting and negotiating leases Supporting on refinancing and secured lending transactions Working with a range of clients including SMEs, developers, investors and local businesses Providing clear, commercially focused advice to clients Collaborating with colleagues across the wider property team on more complex matters

Qualified Solicitor (NQ–3 PQE) with experience in commercial property Comfortable handling your own caseload with appropriate supervision Experience with acquisitions, disposals and landlord & tenant work Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships Commercially aware with a practical approach to problem-solving Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities effectively Keen to be part of a collaborative and supportive team environment
