The role

• Managing your own caseload of commercial property matters (with support and supervision) from instruction through to completion
  
  
• Acting on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
  
  
• Advising on landlord and tenant matters, including drafting and negotiating leases
  
  
• Supporting on refinancing and secured lending transactions
  
  
• Working with a range of clients including SMEs, developers, investors and local businesses
  
  
• Providing clear, commercially focused advice to clients
  
  
• Collaborating with colleagues across the wider property team on more complex matters

You

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ–3 PQE) with experience in commercial property
  
  
• Comfortable handling your own caseload with appropriate supervision
  
  
• Experience with acquisitions, disposals and landlord & tenant work
  
  
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  
  
• Commercially aware with a practical approach to problem-solving
  
  
• Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities effectively
  
  
• Keen to be part of a collaborative and supportive team environment
