Commercial Property Solicitor / Associate

Salary: Up to £60,000

The Opportunity

A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is seeking a talented Commercial Property Solicitor to join their busy and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their career in a practice where you’ll be given quality work, autonomy, and the flexibility of hybrid working.

The Role

You will manage your own caseload of high-quality commercial property matters, including:

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Refinancing transactions
• Development and option agreements
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of documentation
• Advising a wide client base, from owner-managed businesses to larger corporates
• Working closely with colleagues across corporate, litigation, and private client teams

About You

The ideal candidate will be:

• A qualified Solicitor or CILEX
• Experience handling a broad range of commercial property matters
• Confident managing their own caseload with appropriate support
• Commercially astute and able to build strong relationships
• A strong communicator with excellent drafting and negotiation skills
