Commercial Property Solicitor / FCILex

My client, a well-established national law firm, is seeking a commercial property solicitor or chartered legal executive to join its team in Bristol. This role has arisen as part of the firm’s growth. The department get exposure to great quality work acting for a varied client base, including international corporations, pension providers, housing associations, commercial lenders, developers, charities and a range of commercial landlords and tenants. 


This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive, close-knit department that offers autonomy, variety and the chance to be part of a developing team with strong progression opportunities.

Role expectations: 

    \n
  • Handle a caseload of real estate acquisitions, disposals and landlord & tenant matters
  • Advise on secured lending
  • Maintain and develop client relationships
  • Support business development and networking activities

Experience:

    \n
  • Qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive circa  2 PQE
  • Experience across the full commercial property life-cycle
  • Strong technical knowledge, attention to detail and commercial awareness
\n
