We operate a breadth‑wide Real Estate department led by Michelle Bendall, servicing a strong national client base. This position is within the Commercial Property team, supporting our Legal Director, Richard Vann Jones, and Senior Associate, Rory Young. The Role Richard and Rory’s team handles a broad spectrum of commercial property work for a diverse client base, including banks, developers, local authorities, and private sector clients. The role offers a challenging mix of landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions and disposals, development and property finance. Work with high‑profile clients on complex transactions, gaining exposure to quality, high‑calibre work. This is a sociable and collaborative role with support from senior colleagues. You will be encouraged to manage your own caseload from an early stage, within a supportive framework of supervision that nurtures personal development and growth. Where will I be working? Our hybrid model allows you to work from the Bristol office for around three days a week. You will benefit from our warm, friendly culture and cross‑referral opportunities across teams.
