Commercial Property Solicitor – StockportThe Firm:A well-established, full-service law firm in the North West is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its busy and successful team. The firm is recognised for its strong client relationships, approachable culture and high-quality work with a varied client base, including developers, investors, lenders, landlords and tenants across multiple sectors.The RoleYou will join the firm’s Stockport office, managing a broad and interesting caseload within a supportive and collaborative environment.Work will include:Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold propertyDrafting and negotiating commercial leases for landlords and tenantsDevelopment work, including site assembly and plot salesActing on property finance transactionsAdvising on landlord and tenant matters, including lease renewals and licencesYour Requirements:Applicants should have:A minimum of 3years’ post-qualification experience in commercial property lawStrong technical skills and excellent attention to detailProven ability to manage client relationships effectivelyThe capability to work independently and as part of a teamA commercially minded, solutions-focused approachThe Offer:This opportunity provides the chance to join a forward-thinking regional firm that values its people and promotes a healthy work-life balance.
