With a strong reputation across South Yorkshire and a loyal client base, this firm continues to grow its Commercial Property offering and is now looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and commercially minded lawyer to join a forward-thinking practice that combines traditional client care with a modern and flexible working environment. What you'll be doing You will manage a varied and high-quality commercial property caseload, including:

Sales and acquisitions of commercial property Landlord and tenant matters (leases, renewals, assignments) Development work and site acquisitions Secured lending and refinancing transactions Advising a broad client base including SMEs, investors, and developers Supporting senior members of the team on larger, more complex matters
