Role | Senior Commercial Property Solicitor

Experience | 7–10 PQE

Based | Luton

Offer | £60,000 - £80,000


A regional law firm is looking to appoint a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join its busy property team in Luton. The role offers the opportunity to work on a varied caseload of commercial property matters while playing an important role within the wider team.


The successful candidate will advise clients across a range of sectors including investors, developers and business occupiers.


Duties

  • Handling commercial property transactions including sales and acquisitions
  • Advising on landlord and tenant matters
  • Managing refinancing and secured lending transactions
  • Supporting land acquisition and development projects where required
  • Working closely with clients to progress matters efficiently


Successful Candidate

  • Qualified solicitor with 7–10 years’ PQE in commercial property
  • Strong experience in landlord and tenant matters and property transactions
  • Experience in refinance work and secured lending
  • Land acquisition and development experience advantageous
  • Strong commercial awareness and client management skills
