Commercial Property Solicitor, 1+ years PQE – Leicestershire – An established East Midlands based practice is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to support their ongoing growth plans.

\nLOCATION: Leicestershire
\nSALARY: £40,000 plus (DOE).

\nTHE ROLE:
\nA new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join this established law firm in Leicestershire. As the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor you will be undertaking high-quality, varied and complex work on behalf of a varied client base. The is plenty of support available within the team and you will be working within a collaborative working environment where you will see your career flourish. You will be advising on landlord and tenant matters, development work as well as acquisitions and disposals along with leases.

\nTHE CANDIDATE:
\nApplications are welcomed from Commercial Property Solicitors or Legal Executives with at least 1 years’ experience in conducting their own caseload of commercial property matters. You will have strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage files independently together with working effectively within a team.
