I’m delighted to be supporting a leading Regional law firm with the recruitment of an Associate for their established Investment and Property Management (IPM) team. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the largest and most respected Real Estate practices in the North of England, comprising more than 100 fee earners and recognised for the quality and breadth of its work.

The IPM team is a 24 strong group of lawyers at all levels who deliver expert, responsive support to a wide range of investor, landlord and occupier clients. The work is varied and high quality, covering commercial acquisitions and disposals, estate management, corporate support and telecoms matters.

The firm acts for a broad client base across sectors including retail, office, leisure, healthcare, automotive, supply chain and manufacturing, with many well known names benefiting from their expertise. The successful candidate will be exposed to a diverse mix of matters with genuine room for progression.
