Yauatcha Soho,part of Hakkasan Group, home to the internationally acclaimed Hakkasan and Yauatcha restaurants, is seeking a motivated Commis Waiter / Waitress to join our team.

Key Responsibilities Support the front-of-house team to deliver smooth, efficient, and professional service.
Assist Waiters and Head Waiters with food running, clearing, resetting tables, and maintaining section organisation.
Ensure all service areas are clean, stocked, and prepared throughout each shift.
Support opening and closing duties including polishing glassware and cutlery, preparing mise-en-place, and restocking stations.
Maintain excellent attention to detail in table presentation and cleanliness standards.
Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure seamless guest flow during service.
Follow direction from senior team members and actively participate in training sessions.
Handle equipment carefully and report breakages or shortages promptly.
Maintain professional grooming standards and represent the brand positively.
Follow all health, safety, food hygiene, and COSHH requirements.

Strong teamwork skills and the ability to follow direction.
Good communication skills and professional approach.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.
Hospitality experience desirable but not essential.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
