Together, were building a better future.About the roleWere looking for a compassionate, organised and resident-focused Community Safety Co-ordinator to join our Community Safety Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.Youll play a vital role in supporting residents who report anti-social behaviour (ASB), helping them feel listened to, reassured and informed. Youll assess the risk of new ASB reports, agree action plans with residents, manage a caseload of low-risk cases and work closely with Community Safety Officers on visits and follow-up actions.This is a role for someone who genuinely cares about people, communicates with empathy and clarity, and wants to help create safer, stronger communities.
