About the role

Were looking for a compassionate, organised and resident-focused Community Safety Co-ordinator to join our Community Safety Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Youll play a vital role in supporting residents who report anti-social behaviour (ASB), helping them feel listened to, reassured and informed. Youll assess the risk of new ASB reports, agree action plans with residents, manage a caseload of low-risk cases and work closely with Community Safety Officers on visits and follow-up actions.

This is a role for someone who genuinely cares about people, communicates with empathy and clarity, and wants to help create safer, stronger communities. Youll be the first point of contact for residents, managing the ASB inbox and phone line, gathering information, requesting evidence and supporting residents through what can often be sensitive or stressful situations.

Youll work collaboratively with colleagues across SettleParadigm, as well as local authorities and partner agencies, to ensure every resident receives a high-quality, timely and supportive service.
